Estimated Transit Times

These timeframes begin after your order has been fully processed and handed over to the carrier.

Order Preparation – How It Works

• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout.

• Changes: If you need to amend your order, contact us without delay – before it enters our preparation queue.

• Multi‑item orders: The total processing time is calculated based on the product that takes the longest to get ready.

• Current speed: The great majority of orders ship within 24 hours. In some cases (due to stock levels), preparation may take 3–5 business days.

• Important: Processing time and shipping time are two separate stages. Your total wait = preparation days + transit days.

• Support: If you are unsure about anything, raise a ticket – we will answer within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Shipment

• A tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

• Please be patient: it can take a few days for the carrier’s system to show live updates. If you see nothing immediately, simply check later.

• Your estimated delivery window remains valid even if the tracking page has not refreshed yet.

• For extra protection during the wait, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All packages are dispatched without duties prepaid (DDU – delivered duty unpaid).

• Import taxes, customs fees, or other local charges may be levied when the shipment arrives in your country.

• We advise you to check with your local customs office before ordering to avoid surprises.
